Before you apply, please review these Membership Guidelines. You should also review this post to make sure you provide us with enough information in your application to allow us to make the proper decision. Our values are qualities we value within the community, these are listed below.
Community: The feeling of community is respect. This is the one thing absolutely critical to the Lost Haven. It is paramount. No language or behavior which is deemed disruptive or offensive to the community will be tolerated. There is no place for any kind of personal attack here. Debate is a fine thing, but ad hominum attacks are not.
Enthusiasm: We're here for fun. It is a job for very few of us, and even for those, it's a fun job. Be enthusiastic about the games you play and share that enthusiasm in your posts. It is dull and boring to have no one posting in the forums about the fun and struggles in-game.
Co-Operation: Please be co-operative towards our guild members and the wider world at all times. No griefing or trolling of any sort will be tolerated from our members, either as hazing towards fellow members, or against non-Lost Haven members. If you need more information on what is considered co-operative play, please ask.
Responsibility: Slacking off and goofing around may seem funny to you, but to others within a group it can be tiresome. Mistakes happen, but your words and actions as a member of LH reflect on the entire community, so be aware of yourself and your effect on our reputation.
Forum Presence: If you choose to post on the forums, please keep it clean, friendly and mature.
No Hacking: We take a very hard stance on all kinds of unfriendly play. Therefore no member is permitted to hack, use hacking programs, or promote the use of hacking programs on any game, even ones we do not have a formal presence in. This includes all manner of 'trainer' programs, duplication programs, or the exploitation of unintentional bugs for personal gain.
Nothing is set in stone except the ideals we stand for. These rules and ideals are core to maintaining our friendly community, so we ask you to respect them at all times. Remember, any individual game might have policies specific it. All information will be made obvious whenever possible, but feel free to ask if you are unsure of anything. We are very friendly!
