Necromancer Minions


  • Minion Summoning
    • Minions are raised from nearby corpses using one of the following skills: Animate Bone Fiend, Animate Bone Horror, Animate Bone Minions, Animate Flesh Golem, Animate Vampiric Horror, Animate Celestial Horror, or Animate Shambling Horror.
    • A minion's level is dependent on the Necromancer's Death Magic attribute level and the type of minion.
    • A Necromancer may summon 2 minions with 0 points in Death Magic.
    • Every 2 points in Death Magic allows the Necromancer to control another minion.
    • With 16 points in Death Magic, a Necromancer can raise and control 10 minions.
    • A minion's level determines their physical size.
    • If a Necromancer summons a minion when he has the maximum number of minions, it will cause the death of the minion with the lowest health.
  • Minion Health and Upkeep
    • Minions will constantly lose health.
    • Minions start with a loss of -2 health/second, which increases by an additional -2 health every 20 seconds.
    • Minion health degeneration can not exceed 20 health/second.
    • Minions do not benefit from spells that target the entire party.
    • Minions can be healed by spells cast by Necromancers, Monks, Dervishes, and Ritualists.
  • Damage and Attacks
    • All minions do physical damage, unless there is an effect in the area that changes the type of damage dealt.
    • Minions are undead, so they take double damage from Holy damage.
    • Minions will attack anything that enters their aggro circle.
    • Minions will not necessarily attack whatever their master is attacking.
    • Minions will not respond to called targets.
  • Partying with Minions
    • Minions do not count against the number limit of your party.
    • Minions are considered allies of the party.
    Minion Death
    • When a minion dies, their Necromancer master will receive an energy bonus, based on the Soul Reaping level.

  • armor increases by (level * 4)
  • health increases by ((level * 20)+80)
  • attack every 3.17 seconds
  • attacks cause the minion master to be healed for the same amount of damage the minions cause
Celestial Horror Star Servant melee
  • attack every 3.17 seconds
  • attacks steal health and energy from the target
  • attacks cause all party members to gain 25 health and 3 energy every time they hit
Jagged Horror created upon death of a Shambling Horror or any undead creature, enchanted with Jagged Bones melee
  • armor increases by ((level * 3.75)+5)
  • attack every 3.17 seconds
  • attacks cause bleeding for 30 seconds
