Environmenal Effect. Creatures caught in the avalanche take 100 damage and are slowed by 50% for 4 seconds.

Environmental Effect. You are inside the grove's aura. All creatures within the aura receive a 25% speed boost.

Environmental Effect. Enchantment durations are increased by 20%.
What causes this effect:  Stepping in some water areas in the Echovald Forest in Factions, and the Isle of Weeping Stone guild hall.

Environmental Effect. While brawling, your maximum health is 500. You can only use brawling skills to damage foes. When you knockout an enemy, you gain 200 health.

Environmental Effect. You feel the Eye of the North calling you.

Environmental Effect. While in the area, you take 35 damage and are interrupted by the falling pieces of rubble.

Environmental Effect. Resurrection skills take 4 times as long to cast.

Death Penalty
Reduces your maximum health and energy values by the current % amount of the penalty. Every time you earn a penalty it is added to your current total; the maximum total cannot exceed 60%.

Exhaustion
This condition is self-imposed by some Elementalist skills, and also caused by Glint during The Dragon's Lair mission. While exhausted, the Elementalist's maximum energy supply is reduced by 10. This loss is regenerated at a rate of 1 point every 3 seconds. Exhaustion does stack, so the maximum energy supply can be greatly reduced.
What causes this effect: some Elementalist and Paragon skills, some monster skills.

Environmental Effect. Prolonged contact with the plague causes accumulated -1 health degeneration, every 60 seconds.

Title. You have +53-90 Health while in Norn territory.
What causes this effect:  Gaining Norn reputation Eye of the North.

Ice Spout
Environmental Effect. A blast of freezing air shoots upward, inflicting 50 damage and slowing target by 66% for 6 seconds.
What causes this effect:  In the Darkrime Delves dungeon in Eye of the North.

Spell. For 5 seconds, you move 70% slower than normal. Icy Ground cannot affect you if you are already moving.
What causes this effect:  Standing still on icy ground in Marhan's Grotto, Shiverpeak Arena, and some Shiverpeak areas in Prophecies, in the Jaya Bluffs in Factions, and in the Frozen Isle Guild Hall.

Environmental Effect. Buff granted to characters adventuring in the Eye of the North, while they are below level 20. The character receives a base health of 480, bonuses to all attributes, and maximum level armor for their class.

Skill. Causes a target to fall to the ground. While on the ground, the target's current action will be interrupted, and the target cannot move.

Title. You have +5-10 armor against damage from Charr. You gain 30-100% more Adrenaline and 2 Energy when you hit a Charr.

Environmental Effect. When under the effect of Stone Spores, you have a 50% chance to miss with attacks and your spells take twice as long to cast and have a 50% chance of being interrupted.
